I didn’t want to start from absolute zero, so I teamed up with AI to get the ball rolling.
Once I had my preferred raster image, it was time to make it professional. Scalability is key for logos, so I imported the design into Inkscape (a fantastic, free open-source vector editor).
I used the Trace Bitmap function to convert the flat AI image into a clean, infinitely scalable SVG (vector) file. This ensures the logo stays crisp whether it’s on a tiny phone screen or a massive monitor.
A logo isn't complete without the right text. I leaned back into AI to help me choose a fitting font that matched the clean, tech-forward aesthetic of a personal CRM.
The winner? Montserrat (in Bold).
To keep things modern and approachable, I typed out the brand name "momo" in all lowercase letters and centered it perfectly beneath the main graphic.
With the logo locked in, it was time to tackle the dreaded YouTube banner. If you’ve ever designed one, you know the formatting can be a nightmare because it displays differently on TVs, desktops, and mobile phones.
Pro Tip: I specifically scaled the main design elements down and centered them within the "safe area" so that no matter what device you're watching on, the branding looks flawless.
To wrap everything up, I officially updated the name and profile picture on the YouTube channel. It feels incredible to have a visual identity that actually represents my vision.
